What if you can't get my logo right?

At PEG Creations, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. That means, if we can't get it right, we'll refund you in full.

Who owns the copyrights to my logo?

The final designs that are uploaded to your client portal are 100% yours. If you would like a notarized contract mailed to you stating this, we do offer that service for an additional $20.

How many revisions do I get?

We offer unlimited revisions during the design phase. However, if you complete a project and come back for revisions later, we do charge a $20 edit fee.

Can I get multiple versions of my logo?

As part of our design package, we try to make as many design types available to you as possible. This usually includes color, black & white, dark version, and light version logos in all relevant file formats (AI, JPEG, PNG).

Will you give me a vector file?

Yes. A vector file is a type of file that allows for more flexibility. We provide these as part of your design package as an AI file (EPS files are available upon request).
